Passcode Reset

Sometimes people forget their passcode.

We can wipe your passcode from your mobile device and reset it to original factory settings.

Unfortunately all data (contacts, photos, etc.) will be wiped from the device. There is no way to remove the passcode without wiping the device.



iCloud Activation Lock

Find My iPhone includes a feature called Activation Lock that is designed to prevent anyone else from using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if it’s ever lost or stolen. Activation Lock is enabled automatically when you turn on Find My iPhone on a device using iOS 7 or later.

If you have a device which is linked to another user’s Apple ID, there is no method available to bypass this lock. Try to contact the original owner or Apple.
